新德里消息:Bharti Airtel周一表示,将优先为其白金客户提供更快的数据传输速度。优先4G网络“体验主动。此举旨在扩大付费用户群体,提高每用户平均收益。

“优先级4 g网络,已于附近的旅馆感谢计划,指定499卢比及以上计划的客户为“白金客户”。此外,白金客户现在可以在Airtel感谢应用程序上享受定制的白金UI。

沃达丰的想法去年提出了行业该计划将更快的网速作为吸引付费用户的关键因素。这是印度第一次有电信公司开始通过“优先网络”,通过高价值的后付费计划向客户承诺高达50%的速度。

此外,Airtel表示,白金客户有权在呼叫中心和零售中心享受优惠服务

该电信公司在一份声明中表示,所有Airtel呼叫中心和零售店都有专门的员工优先为白金客户服务,并减少了等待时间。

Bharti Airtel首席营销官Shashwat Sharma表示:“作为Airtel感谢计划的一部分,我们一直在努力为我们的白金手机客户提供差异化的服务体验。”

\"Airtel<\/figure>NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel<\/a> on Monday said it will provide faster data speeds on priority basis to its Platinum customers under its \u201cPriority 4G Network<\/a>\u201d experience initiative. The move could be seen aimed at growing the segment of the higher paying user base and to increase its average revenue per user.

The \u201cPriority
4G Network<\/a>\u201d, which has been launched under the Airtel<\/a> Thanks program, designates customers on Rs 499 and above plans as a \u2018Platinum Customer\u2019. Further, the Platinum customers will now be able to enjoy a customized Platinum UI on Airtel Thanks App.

Vodafone Idea<\/a> had last year come up with the industry<\/a>\u2019s first tariff plan with faster speeds as a key differentiator for post-paid users. This was the first time in India when a telco has started promising up to 50% faster speeds to its customers under a high-value postpaid plan through a \u201cpriority network\u201d.
