周四早些时候，Airtel写信给电信部门，要求其等待最高法院对修改请求的指示，然后再就法定费用的支付采取任何行动。
甘地于2008年加入Airtel，一直负责印度和南亚的监管和政策职能。在此之前，他在Reliance Communications担任了近11个月的副总裁。
根据他的领英资料，他还为印度政府服务了15年，并在电信部(DoT)担任过各种职位。

A person familiar with the matter said Gandhi is currently serving his notice period and will leave early March.
<\/div><\/div>An Airtel spokesperson confirmed the development but didn't provide more details.
Earlier Thursday, Airtel wrote to the telecom department, asking it to await the Supreme Court\u2019s directions on the modification plea before taking any action on the payment of statutory dues.
Gandhi, who had joined Airtel in 2008, has been looking after the regulatory and policy functions for both India and South Asia. Prior to that, he served Reliance Communications as a vice president for almost 11 months.
