\"For us, it appears that all is not well and prima facie it seemss that allegations made in the application by NGO has some credibility,\" the apex court<\/a> said while hearing the case related to allegations by the NGO, Centre for Public Interest Litigation, that Sinha might have tried to save some accused in 2G spectrum scam.

\nSinha had yesterday told the apex court<\/a> that DIG-rank CBI officer Santosh Rastogi was a \"mole\" who passed on certain file notings and documents to the NGO on the basis of which baseless and false case was filed against him.
\n
Special Public Prosecutor Anand Grover<\/a> today said that Sinha had interfered in the 2G case which is completely inconsistent with the agendy's stand.
\n
\n\"Our case in 2G could have been demolished, if Sinha's stand was accepted,\" Grover told the highest court.
\n
\nThe SC also said that shifting Rastogi from 2G probe was overreach of it's order.
\n
\nThe Apex court also expressed displeasure over the presence of a number of CBI officers in the court room.

“对我们来说,似乎并不都是很好,初步看来,指控在应用程序由非政府组织有可信度,”顶点法院说,虽然听力相关指控的非政府组织,公益诉讼中心Sinha可能试图节省一些指责在2 g频谱骗局。
