\nThe firm has sent over 250 staff from Chennai — its largest metropolis market — across outlets to help store managers deal with subscribers who want to port out of the network.

\nUsually, Aircel receives 5 lakh requests to migrate in a month but the operator received as many requests just on Wednesday, when the crisis peaked for the operator.
