\n GUWAHATI: Assam<\/a> has become the fourth state in the country to issue the Right of Way<\/a> (RoW<\/a>) guidelines for telecom<\/a> service providers.<\/p>\n The guidelines were approved by the state Cabinet<\/a> in its last meeting on January 28.<\/p>\n State Chief Secretary V K Pipersenia<\/a> yesterday held a meeting with telecom service providers and other stakeholders to review the current mobile and internet<\/a> connectivity status, an official release said today.<\/p>\n \n\tThe new guidelines will regulate the establishment of underground and overground telecom infrastructure, and also facilitate telegraph infrastructure on government buildings and premises.<\/p>\n The entire process will be made online within a period of one year for which the IT Department<\/a> will constitute a team, the release said.<\/p>\n \n\tAll operators have to mandatorily register in the ease of doing business portal of the Assam government.<\/p>\n \n\tThe chief secretary also urged the operators to establish telecom towers in uncovered areas of the state and upgrade the existing base stations to 3G\/4G level. 古瓦哈蒂:阿萨姆邦已成为全国第四个国家发行的吗正确的方式(行)指南电信服务提供者。 被批准的指导方针政府内阁在1月28日的会议上。 邦首席部长V K Pipersenia昨天召开了一次会议与电信服务提供商和其他利益相关者审查当前的移动和互联网连接状态,今天发布的一位官员说。 新准则将规范建立地下和地上的电信基础设施,以及促进电报基础设施在政府大楼和前提。 整个过程将在一段时间的网上的一年IT部门将组成一个团队,发布说。 所有操作符必须强制注册经商门户的阿萨姆邦政府。 首席部长还敦促运营商建立电信塔发现地区的州和升级现有的基站到3 g / 4 g的水平。
