Earlier this year, BSNL launched its Bharat Fiber scheme in January to offer 35GB daily data to BSNL customers at Rs 1.1 per GB cost. To make the deal attractive BSNL free Amazon Prime membership. BSNL Bharat Fiber customers with activated plan of Rs 777 and above already had access to free Amazon Prime membership for one year. Users can activate the membership from BSNL’s official website on the purchase of eligible plans. And with the new announcement, the free Amazon Prime subscription is now extended to more affordable plans as well.

The Amazon Prime subscription comes with access to other services like Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Prime Music along with faster delivery and early access to deals. Under the BSNL Bharat Fiber scheme, BSNL users will be able to avail these services on their supported devices.

Interestingly, this is not the first time the telecom operator has collaborated with Amazon India to provide free Prime subscription. In October last year, it announced the free subscription for all its postpaid and broadband customers. Likewise, the other telecom service provider Airtel and Vodafone too offer free Prime subscription to their postpaid customers. Notably, Airtel broadband subscribers are also given free one-year subscription for Amazon Prime.
