CloudConnect<\/a> will be offering business call management platform with a Unified Cloud-based Communication Solutions, CRM<\/a> (customer relationship management) Integration with telephony using programmable APIs (application programming interface) and calls and administration access to the platform in the domestic as well as international market.

The
DoT license<\/a> provides the CloudConnect the first mover advantage through remote and distributed office set up, live call monitoring, web based integrated receptionist console, queue and campaign management system, abandoned call management system, advanced dashboards and call detail report and admin and agent portal.
