\nAsked about further course of action, Kumar said the next round of talks would be held by next week.

\n\"The company had said it will suspend production from December 24, but they have advanced it to December 22. We have told them clearly that we will come to the factory as usual and even on December 22\", he said.

\n\"Yesterday, our honourary president (and sitting MLA), A Sounderrajan had called on labour minister and industries department secretary. He has insisted that the plant should not be suspended at any cost,\" he said.

In a statement, Taiwan-based Foxconn had said, \"We can confirm that our India operation,
FIH India Pvt Ltd<\/a>, will be suspending all operations at our manufacturing facility in Chennai effective December 24, 2014.\"

\nAbout 70% of parts manufactured from the facility were served to telecom major Nokia which suspended operations at its Sriperumbudur unit from November one, 2014.

钦奈:第二轮三方会谈的问题富士康的宣布暂停生产制造工厂在12月24日仍不确定。

管理层和工会之间的谈判在劳动部门官员的存在是不确定的,富士康印度雇员工会主席E Muthu Kumar说。

大约2500名员工担心该公司决定暂停操作,担心失业。
