Now Gionee is back with a smartphone launch in the ultra-budget segment. The smartphone maker has confirmed that it will launch the Gionee Max<\/a> smartphone under Rs 6,000 on August 25 on Flipkart<\/a>.
The teaser image of the smartphone shared on Flipkart confirms that it will come with a waterdrop notch screen with a large bottom bezel. It is expected that the smartphone might sport an HD+ display. The company has also confirmed that Gionee Max will be backed by a 4500mAh battery. It is expected that in the next few days more details about the soon-to-be launched smartphone will surface online.
Recently, Gionee launched its new smartwatches in India. Reg company launched three budget smartwatches — Senorita, GSW4, GSW5, which are priced at Rs 3,499, Rs 4,599, and Rs 2,499 respectively.
The Gionee Senorita<\/a> offers a 1.04-inch round TFT LCD display of 240x198p resolution. It is made of Alloy metal body and comes in two colour options — Metallic Golden + Black Leather Strap and Metallic Silver + White Leather Strap. The Gionee GSW4 offers a 1.2-inch round Transflective Always - On Display of 240x240p resolution. It is made of Alloy metal body and with a leather strap. And The Gionee GSW5 offers a 1.3-inch square TFT display of 240x240p resolution. It comes with a plastic case and tempered glass and is available in four colour options — Perfect Black, Vivid Blue, Matte Grey, and Rose Pink.
All three smartwatches come with an IP68 rating which makes the device dust and water-resistant.
