Prime Minister<\/a> Narendra Modi<\/a> yesterday, and the smart city projects will have profound impact on the Information and Communications Technology sector including in exports of hardware and solutions.

\n\"Once these projects roll out in India, we will be geared to export the solutions to emerging markets of the world,\" he said.

Speaking about growth of exports of software from
West Bengal<\/a> which accounts for two per cent of national exports, Chakraborty said, \"We would require to build the eco-system toward developing the intellectual property through IT entrepreneurship.\"
