新德里消息:Bharti Airtel星期四说销售税反牟利当局驳回了对其子公司的控告Bharti电讯传媒因为没有传递降息对消费者有利。

"...我们想通知你方,关于本案的投诉已被国家保险公司以不可维护为由驳回Anti-Profiteering当局和相同的摊位关闭了,”巴蒂电信在一份监管文件中表示。

申诉人声称,尽管2017年7月1日消费税推出后税率降至18%,但从事直接到家庭(DTH)卫星和数字电视的Bharti Telemedia并没有降低其产品的价格。

消息人士称,国家反牟利局(NAA)认为,在商品及服务税制度下,税率实际上已经从早期的15%(在商品及服务税之前的时期)上升了。

\"GST<\/figure> NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel<\/a> Thursday said the GST<\/a> anti- profiteering authority has dismissed a complaint against its subsidiary Bharti Telemedia<\/a> for not passing on tax<\/a> rate cut benefits to consumers.

\"...we wish to inform you that complaint filed in the subject matter has been dismissed as being non maintainable, by National
Anti-Profiteering<\/a> Authority and the same stands closed,\" Bharti Airtel said in a regulatory filing.

The complainant had alleged that Bharti Telemedia, which is into direct to home (DTH) satellite and digital television, had not reduced prices of its offerings despite the tax rate being brought down to 18 per cent post GST roll out on July 1, 2017.
