The officer suggested a 'Modified MyGov' on the 'gamification' model to increase citizen engagement by saying MyGov participants should form a 'citizen army' and a 'Citizen Army Score and Point System' (CAPS) be devised for various activities on the MyGov portal with a 'Star Rating' be given to participants for high CAPS scores.

\nThis rating should be sharable across social media platforms so that it becomes a matter of prestige, the presentation said.
