The Gionee Max<\/a> smartphone features a 6.1-inch HD+ screen with Full-View Dew Drop Display and sports a 5MP at the front. At the back, it features a 13MP dual-camera setup with a bokeh lens.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor (clocked upto 1.6GHz) and power is supplied by a massive 5000mAh battery that is claimed to provide a standby time of 28 days, 24 hours of music playback time, more than 9 hours of movie time, 42 hours of call time, and 12 hours of gaming.

Under the hood, it packs 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be expanded upto 256GB. It will be available in three colors--Black, Red, and Blue.
“Gionee’s partnership with Flipkart will lead to a better understanding of the pulse of the Bharat Consumer. Gionee Max’s launch is the beginning of a new era for the Gionee brand in India,” said Pardeep Jain, Managing Director, JIPL that manages Gionee in India.
“The launch of Gionee Max is in line with our vision for this segment (entry-level) and we believe this product will redefine the expectations from an entry-level smartphone,” said Aditya Soni, Senior Director, Smartphone Category, Flipkart, on the partnership.
