新德里消息:移动宽带4月份的网速要么下降，要么与3月份基本持平，这表明电信网络尚未适应COVID-19封锁期间流量激增的情况。

根据印度电信监管部门公布的数据，平均下载速度为Jio(15mbps)和沃达丰(Vodafone)(6.4 mbps)在全国封锁的4月份和3月份的10天相比分别下降了23.4%和4.4%。为附近的旅馆4G下载速度从之前的6.2 mbps降至6.4 mbps。与此同时，Idea的下载速度在4月份增长了13.7%，达到5.8 mbps。在下载速度方面，Jio仍然处于领先地位。在中央邦的Jio网络上观察到最高的4G下载速度为26.1 mbps。

According to data published by the telecom regulatory authority of India, average download speed<\/a> for Jio<\/a> (15 mbps) and Vodafone<\/a> (6.4 mbps) have fallen by 23.4% and 4.4% respectively during April, the month when the entire nation was under lockdown as compared to 10 days of March. The average speed is computed by Trai<\/a> based on the data it collects across India with the help of its MySpeed application<\/a> on a real-time basis. The download speed helps in accessing content from various applications while upload speed helps in sharing of content by the subscribers like email, photo, video etc.

Upload speed for Airtel has reduced by 9.3% to 2.9 mbps during the month while it has remained flat for Jio at 3.5 mbps. Idea, on the other hand, has seen a rise of 15.6% in the average upload speed to 5.9 mbps. Vodafone\u2019s upload speed, too has rise by 3.4% to 6.1 mbps, which is the highest among all operators.
