Motorola Edge20<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Motorola<\/a> on Tuesday launched its Edge series smartphones — Motorola Edge20 and Motorola Edge20 Fusion<\/a> in India — with prices starting at Rs 21,999.

Both Edge
devices<\/a> come with sleek designs, 5G processors, 108MP camera, fast display refresh rates, 10-bit AMOLED displays, upto 13 5G band support, and ‘Ready for Software’ platform, as per an official statement.

Starting with the Motorola Edge20, it comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 576Hz. It is claimed to be less than 7mm in thickness.

It has a 10-bit DCI-P3 display with HDR10+ certification along with a DC dimming feature to reduce screen flicker.

The Edge20 smartphone packs a quad-camera at the back consisting 108MP primary sensor with Ultra Pixel technology, a 3X telephoto sensor with 30X digital zoom, as well as a 118-degree ultrawide and macro sensor. At the front, it houses a 32MP camera for selfies.

It is powered by the Qualcomm 778G 5G chipset that is claimed to outperform the older Snapdragon 860 by 8% and 11% in single-core and multi-core performance, respectively.

The smartphone offers support for 11 bands of 5G including sub-6GHz. It is also claimed to be compatible with any 5g band that is launched in India in the near future.

Moreover, it supports WiFi 6E, 4X4 MIMO, Carrier Aggregation, and NFC.

It draws power from a 4000 mAh battery with TurboPower 30-Watt charging support.

The Motorola Edge20 will be available starting August 24, 12 pm at a price of Rs 29,999 in two colors — Frosted Pearl and Frosted Emerald.
