New Delhi: Marquee investor Mukul Agarwal<\/a> made a fresh entry in OnMobile Global<\/a> during the March 2022 quarter, according to the latest shareholding data.

The seasoned investors bought 17,00,000 equity shares or a 1.61 per cent stake in the company during the January-March 2022 period, a filing by the company suggests.

His name was missing from the key shareholders' list during the December 2021 quarter. Companies are obliged to release the names of shareholders holding one per cent or more stake in the company on a quarterly basis.

Shares of OnMobile Global were locked in the upper circuit of 20 per cent at Rs 149.30 on Wednesday. Agarwal's stake in the company is worth Rs 25.4 crore. The counter has delivered a return of 42 per cent in the year 2022 so far.

Bengaluru-headquartered OnMobile offers products such as videos, tones, games and contests. It has over 100 million active subscribers and an addressable base of more than 1.68 billion mobile users across several geographies.
