Further, Kochhar said that imposing any such restrictions or requirements is not only arbitrary, unfair, unjust, illegal, has no rationale or statutory competence and is willful and deliberate violation of the Delhi High Court 2011 verdict and
settlement agreement dated January 2017 but is also against the objective of government's National Digital Communication Policy 2018.
