In this new role, Sharma will be leading several digital and IT transformation initiatives<\/a> across the organisation. He will be responsible for the overall IT and digital management which includes IT infrastructure, digital systems, and strategic performance. He will be a part of the Mastek Executive Leadership<\/a> Team and will work closely with the management team.
Prior to joining Mastek, Sharma led the IT transformation of Sterlite Technologies where he has successfully delivered several digital transformations and IT projects which supported the business growth.
He has over 20 years of experience in leveraging technologies across industries such as Banking, Insurance, IT\/ ITES, Manufacturing, and Services. Sharma has worked with companies like Samsung, Aviva, RBS India, Bank of America, etc.
In his diversified leadership experience, he has learned unique ways to leverage technology use cases. He has mastered skills to drive successful strategical transformations which include designing, pre-planning, budgeting, and executing a complete transformation cycle. He has managed to excel capabilities which have resulted in business growth in companies, he was worked with in the past.
