新德里:印度的国家互联网交换(NIXI)周一推出了专门的客户服务部门,帮助其客户与各种NIXI业务单位。

\u201cAll three units \u2014
Internet<\/a> Exchange, Dot IN Registry<\/a>, and IRINN come under NIXI, and all three deal with their respective customers by supporting and managing their queries. At times the same customer might be consuming services from two different units of NIXI and interact with two different teams\u201d NIXI said.

This common team will be the touchpoint, irrespective of the services utilized by the consumer, NIXI said stressing that it has been created for making the customer care experience seamless.
