As per the release, India recently registered transactions worth Rs 3 lakh crores in August 2020 through UPI. “With the increase in internet usage, now it is also necessary that the villages of the country have good quality, high speed internet.”
Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Minister of Telecom and IT, had inaugurated Next Generation Network Telephone Exchange at New Bihar Vidhan Mandal compound and Bharat AirFibre service at Danapur Telephone Exchange in Bihar through Video conferencing, earlier in August 2020.
