We have directed the Inspector General of police(IG)s and Superintendent of police(SP)s to use it to ensure any inflammatory or anti-religion message should not get viral,” said Pankaj Singh, additional director general(crime) on Sunday.

\nIn Gujarat this provision is already there. During September, Gujarat government too had suspended mobile internet services across the state on Saturday following detention of Hardik Patel.

During then four youths were also been arrested by the police for allegedly shouting slogans in favour of Islamic state (IS).
