Explaining how people passing through the ISBT can access the service, Reliance Jio<\/a> centre manager Puskar Gaud told TOI: “The service will be accessible 24x7, it’s absolutely free for all before the commercial launch of the service in December. First the Wi-Fi option has to turned on in the laptop or mobile phone, then the user must select Jio Net. The user will get a prompt, where they have to enter their mobile number and then they will get a password using which they will be able to access the 4G service.”

\nThe bus stand has four access points, two indoors and the same number outside the main building. Prior to the launch a test had shown internet speeds upwards of 21.6Mbps on an average.

\nISBT station head Mamta Agarwal said: “It will help passengers to connect and access valuable information, much required while on move. A technician will always be available to sort glitches and assist people.”

\nAustralian tourists, Evin and Ali Betreen from Brisbane, were unable to access the internet at the bus depot on Friday. “We have followed all steps but cannot connect, it’s so troublesome?
