""NEW DELHI: The tech grapevine is abuzz that Samsung may debut bendable display with Galaxy Note 4. The speculation has been fuelled by Samsung’s senior vice president for product strategy Yoon Han-kil’s recent comment that the company’s Galaxy Note 4 phablet will sport “new form factor.”

In an analyst conference last year, the South Korean manufacturer said that it will launch the first smartphone with bendable display this year. Since Galaxy S5 has already been launched and does not feature this display panel, Galaxy Note 4 becomes the next likeliest contender for the bendable screen.

Yoon also said, “Our ultimate goal is to make products that consumers really aspire to have. This is how we are trying to find a breakthrough in the stagnant premium market.”

Yoon told Reuters that the device will be launched in the second half of the year, which is expected by the tech community since all Note handsets have hit the market in the same period for the last three years.

The South Korean manufacturer launched its first smartphone with curved screen, named Galaxy Round, in October. Reports said that early sales of the device were unimpressive. In November, Samsung said that it has sold 10,000 units of the handset.
