KOLKATA: Electronics major Sony India<\/a> today said it was not considering hike in prices of its products post GST<\/a> to retain its growth momentum.<\/p>\n

\"We are not increasing prices. We have grown 20 per cent last year. We are looking at higher growth in 2017,\" Sony India managing director Kenichiro Hibi<\/a> said here today.<\/p>\n

\n\tHibi did not elaborate on the cost impact Sony India is absorbing in retaining its prices post GST, which it welocmed.<\/p>\n

\n\tGST in flat panel and many electronics items is at 28 per cent, which is higher than the previous taxation regime.<\/p>\n

\n\tRemaining bullish about its growth in India the Japanese major said it is still evaluting its 'own' manufacturing strategy.<\/p>\n

加尔各答:电子专业索尼印度今天说不考虑提高其产品的价格销售税保持增长势头。

“我们并没有提高价格。我们去年增长了20%。我们希望在2017年的高增长,"索尼印度公司董事总经理Kenichiro Hibi今天在这里说。
