New Delhi: Wistron<\/a> has already \u201cstarted rebuilding\u201d its violence-hit factory in Karnataka<\/a>, the company\u2019s vice president Vincent Lee<\/a> told the central government while reiterating that the Taiwanese manufacturing major\u2019s \u201ccommitment to India remains the same\u201d.
