IT services firm Tech Mahindra<\/a> announced that it has acquired DigitalOnUS<\/a>, a hybrid cloud<\/a> and DevOps<\/a> services provider, for a total consideration of up to $120 million, including retention bonus and earnout. The acquisition will help augment its hybrid-cloud offerings for enterprise customers globally and strengthen cloud-native development, hybrid cloud infrastructure and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) automation. The transaction is expected to close by May 15.
