These solutions will enable mitigation of fraud and improve operational efficiencies for communication service providers (CSPs) by reducing compliance complexities and faster time-to-market.
The partnership will enable the creation of real-time reports with summarized data in order to minimize discrepancies and will subsequently reduce multiple validations, and allow quick dispute resolution. Additionally, the partnership will also enhance the visibility of CSPs in the end-of-the-month billing cycle, Tech Mahindra said in a joint statement.
“As part of TechMNxt charter, Tech Mahindra aims to offer a cutting-edge solution built on Blockchain<\/a> and smart contracts that optimizes spends and proactively mitigates disputes. In the collaboration with Subex, adding blockchain as the middleware will add the necessary layer of security and ensure a faster and efficient operational process,” said Rajesh Dhuddu, Blockchain and Cybersecurity Practice<\/a> Leader, Tech Mahindra.
Tech Mahindra will roll-out the solutions for telcos globally basis its expertise in the operations support systems (OSS) and business support systems (BSS) domains.

The solutions will be integrated into Subex’s blockchain network and in its enterprise-grade Distributed Ledger<\/a> Technology (DLT).
Further, Tech Mahindra plans to extend the existing intercarrier settlement into phase-II to include roaming agreements through smart contracts.
