\"\"NEW DELHI: Lenovo<\/a> has announced the appointment of Subhankar Roy Chowdhury<\/a> to head its human resources team in Asia Pacific<\/a>. He was previously the company's executive director and global head for HR Strategy, M&A and HR Analytics.

\nPrior to this role, Subhankar and his team led the development of the company’s corporate HR strategy, integrating multiple business groups’ HR strategies, building HR Analytics function to support HR strategy, and consulting support on HR in M&A programmes.

Prior to working here, Subhankar held leadership positions in HR consulting and HR generalist roles at Nokia<\/a>, IBM Business Consulting, PwC, Siemens Information Systems and L&T in India, Middle East Africa<\/a> and South East Asia regions.

\nSubhankar holds a masters degree in personnel management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
