Videocon电信公司派出600多名员工前往泰国进行为期5天的旅行

This will be Videocon Telecom's second overseas employee outing this year. The telco took nearly a similar number of employees to Bangkok for its annual rewards and recognition program in 2014-15 in April.

Videocon Telecom, which is known for its employee-centric policies, feels such incentives go a long way boosting employee morale and retention. Chief executive Arvind Bali said the company considers \"employees\" its most important asset. \u201cIt\u2019s important to keep the team engaged. And I believe employees are the backbone for organisational growth, and rewards & recognition initiatives go a long way in building up employee confidence in the organization,\u201d said Bali.
