\"There is an overall 38 per cent reduction in mean time to restore a mobile site. Through the super network operations centre (
SNOC<\/a>), we are able to get real time information about the reason of a mobile site being down,\" Vodafone India Director Technology Vishant Vora<\/a> said while unveiling the centre here.

\nHe said the time to restore a site will be less in critical regions like airports as compared to areas like a mountain top. Vora added all the 1.20 lakh mobile towers are connected to the SNOC.

\n\"Our SNOC lets us proactively measure and improve customer experience and service quality in real time. It is also a single source of truth for the health of our network,\" Vora added.
\n
\nApart from the network, the company is also able to keep track of 100 services such as electronic recharge through the centre and any problem could be resolved faster.
\n
\n\"There has been a 46 per cent reduction in data customer complaints as compared to last year and 40 per cent reduction in alerts for value added service activation, caller ring back tone and missed call alert,\" Vora added.
\n
The company also unveiled a super network enterprise centre which is an engagement platform, designed for enterprise customers to explore futuristic business communication solutions offered by
Vodafone Business Services<\/a>.

\nThe company will also launch an enterprise centre in Delhi in the next 15 days.
