The Rs 39 Vodafone Idea prepaid plan is a 4G data voucher. It offers 3GB of FUP data as well as 7 days validity, and other benefits. As per reports, the plan is only available in the Gujarat circle.

The Rs 98 Vodafone Idea prepaid plan is available in two circles currently – Gujarat and Maharashtra & Goa – with different benefits. The plan provides 9GB of data for 21 days. These benefits are limited to the Gujarat circle while in Maharashtra & Goa, this plan provides unlimited voice calling benefit, 200MB of data and validity of 15 days.
