Mobile Workforce Essentials is a new addition to Vodafone’s robust CloudStore<\/a> portfolio that includes collaboration productivity and CRM among other cloud-based offerings, the Mumbai-based telco in a statement said.

\nVodafone India serves more than 8 million mobility corporate customers currently.

\nMobile Workforce Essentials, in tandem with changing on the go enterprise landscape, according to it, helps businesses manage their mobile staff better to increase productivity, gain efficiency, improve accountability and reduce costs.

\nEmployees can remotely manage their attendance from their mobile app as well as receive and dispatch work orders while on the move.
\n
The platform also allows replacement of manual, paper-based forms with more than 200 pre-built industry<\/a> specific forms in addition to a GPS capability.

\n“In today’s digital world, organizations need to rapidly evolve and manage the dual challenges of cost optimization with workforce productivity,” Anil Philip, Senior Vice President, Vodafone Business Services said.

\nVodafone Mobile Workforce Essentials, according to Philip is a 360-degree application suite with which enterprises could gain a competitive edge by better mobilizing and empowering their employees.

\nWith the Vodafone CloudStore, customers can opt for flexible payment options while buying online, the company said.
