<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>NEW DELHI: Saudi Arabian satellite solutions provider Yahsat<\/a> has elevated Sulaiman Al Ali<\/a> as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the company, effective July 1.

Ali will assume the role following the departure of Farhad Khan<\/a>, who served as the CCO of Yahsat for the last six years, as per an official statement.

Al Ali has been with the Yahsat Group since 2014, initially serving as a Director within the Yahsat Government Solutions area, prior to assuming the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Thuraya in 2019 and subsequently its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2021.

As CEO of Thuraya, Al Ali has played a crucial role in driving operations and delivering new solutions to customers in a post-pandemic environment, as well as establishing a platform for strong future growth.

“Sulaiman's new position and expanded portfolio is reflective of his outstanding contributions across the Group and will enable us to expand and advance our customer solutions by effectively leveraging the distinct and complementary qualities offered by our fixed and mobility business and technology platforms,” said Ali Al Hashemi<\/a>, Group CEO of Yahsat.
